SiteFix Pack

Application information for the SiteFix Pack mailer.

What this application does

SiteFix Pack reviews the public web pages of small businesses in the United States and writes a short, individually researched email to the business about specific problems found on its own website. Each message is written for one recipient and sent one at a time.

This application is the software that sends those messages. It signs in to a single Google account — the account operated by SiteFix Pack — and uses the Gmail API to send mail from that account. It has no other users and no sign-in for the public.

Google account data

The application requests one Google permission: permission to send mail as the SiteFix Pack account. It does not read, delete or organise mail, and it does not request access to contacts, files, calendars or profile data beyond the address of the account it sends from.

It never connects to any Google account other than the one operated by SiteFix Pack. Recipients of our email do not sign in to anything and are not asked for a Google account.

Email we send

Every message names a real address you can reply to, identifies who is writing, and can be stopped. Replying with the word STOP removes the address, as does the unsubscribe control your mail client shows. Removals are honoured on the same day and permanently.
